You don't need to do anything.

If you start Mozilla Firefox 47 again, it will create a new copy of the certificate file, cert8.db, by itself!

In fact, it is recommended that you delete the cert8.db file to resolve certificate file corruption problem.

On Windows 7, your certificate file is located at:

C:\Users\fyicenter\AppData]Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
  \xxxxxx.default\cert8.db
